Your Mission
We are now looking for a staff coordinator with introduction responsibility who will be a key person in driving and streamlining the introduction process for new employees while contributing to a well-functioning staffing chain. You will be part of the Competence Supply Staff, which is responsible for ensuring the right competence in the right place within Nacka Municipality's production area Welfare Social Services. We work with staffing, recruitment, and personnel management to create a well-functioning competence supply chain that makes a difference every day.
This role combines strategic and operational work with daily dialogue and collaboration with colleagues, substitutes, and operations. The focus of the role will be to develop and streamline our mission. The position is based in our office in Sickla but also involves being present in the operations to meet both customers and employees. There is also the possibility of remote work.
As a Staff Coordinator with Introduction Responsibility, you will:
- Staff short-term absences and substitutes and contribute to long-term staffing planning.
- Manage personnel administration from hiring to termination.
- Ensure that introductions are planned and carried out in collaboration with colleagues, customers, and employees.
- Develop, streamline, and quality-assure the introduction work.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute to business development through smart staffing solutions.
- Provide managerial support for the operations we support in matters related to labor law and systems.
- Conduct training and lectures for both managers and employees.
Your Experience
For this position, you are required to have:
- Personnel and HR education or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in staffing work.
- Experience in a business-oriented role related to staffing work.
- Good system skills.
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience from the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Experience in selling staffing solutions.
- Experience in conducting training.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Experience from healthcare and social services.

We work competency-based and use psychological tests to give all candidates the same opportunities and ensure a fair and objective assessment. The recruitment process consists of tests in the first selection followed by two interviews and reference checks. The position is full-time, and the start date is April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
